Marina Crest is our largest residential undertaking to date: twin towers joined by a landscaped podium with retail, a lap pool, and resident lounges. Structural work has reached level 11 of 18. Every completed floor is drone-surveyed and registered to the PropX digital-twin archive, so buyers can walk the actual state of construction remotely.
Expected handover: Q4 2027.
